The Web-Backup client is
licensed on a "per computer" basis.
A single
client license can back up the files of other machines in a network (LAN),
but each machine counts as one license.
For Example: One client license
backing up one or more local drives would be billed for the storage used
by that one machine. One client backing up one or more local drives
and drives of two other networked workstations would count as three
machines.

Monthly billing is based on the
total amount of on-line storage used per license or computer, as
indicated in the above table (see
Terms). Our compression routines have general
compression of around 5 to 1, but that varies with the type of file being
processed. Files that are already compressed like zip and graphics files
will generally not be compressed any further. There are no
licensing
fees. Contact us for information about on-site
installation, setup and training services (our local service area only).
We also offer a backup monitoring service. On a daily
basis we review your backup log file and report any problems encountered (lost
connections, failed backups, etc.) by email. The fee for this service is
$25.00 per month.
In addition, we offer a" Data Archival Service" for those times
when you need to capture your data at a specific point in time, like at
month-end or year-end. The archival data is copied to CD in compressed and
encrypted format along with the software needed to decrypt and restore
files. Cost is $15.00 per CD or $25.00 per DVD plus a 10.00 shipping and
handling fee.
